Privacy Policy and Feedback

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide will only be used for record keeping and will not be shared with any third party without your consent to do so. 

In the event an external referral is warranted, where I advocate on your behalf, permission from you will be sought before any consultation takes place.

All consultations are confidential, however, if there is anything shared during session, where you might be at risk of harm to yourself or others, I will need to comply with legislative requirements about reporting. My records may be subpoenaed by a court; however, I will do all I can to protect your privacy so far as the law allows. 

This Privacy Policy applies to all services and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) (as amended).

As an accredited Social Worker, I also must abide by the Australian Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics (2020)

It is always my hope that you will let me know if there are any issues that I can address in the first instance if you are not happy with my professionalism.
